Actually, the article was of some interest — based on the blurb at leaxt, it shows why the governement shouldn’t be subsidizing the educational expenses of the rich in Australia. If they stopped doing it, people might actually have to use some of their own money like people evidentally voluntarily do in the rest of the world.
