Andrew, tell Jacques his formula is busted. (I got procedure A.) The interest rate should be expressed as a decimal, not a percent. (Or is that the point of the survey – to figure out if people can tell that they have come up with a mathematically ridiculous answer?)

Cathy, I think you must have gotten Procedure B, where you calculate the rate using the formula.
I’ve modified it slightly based on similar feedback.

I see. The header on page 2 (where the formula is) says PD-00001:Procedure A. Now that I have a second look, I can see that page 1 clearly says “Procedure B.” Should I take the survey again (I didn’t complete it the first time) or will that mess up your results?
